Niteowl: ok, you know how HTML files are webpages? they sit on a server, ppl look at them with browsers. they just hold stuff. nothing changes
Niteowl: a php file a HTML file that also has some scripting to talk to a database so that webpage can DO stuff, like .. track orders, buy stuff, etc
spruce: well, when an html page and a database love each other very much, sometimes they like to express that love in a special way that feels really good
Cyrano: but then sometimes, when an html page and a database have been together a long time, things get a little dull. that's why your php file has a ballgag in the sock drawer.
Niteowl: man, you guys know how to class it up
