Niteowl: getting up and out of bed and putting on the DVD the HARDEST part, almost
Niteowl: Mrs. Owl throws a hand over me, mutters "you can do it", then contentedly goes back to sleep

Niteowl: as best as i can figure, Yoga is the adult equivalent of 2 things
Niteowl: 1) that really smarmy girl who did gymastics for 5 years doing ridiculously stupid stretches in her "Youth Leader GO FIT!!" program, while you struggle to breath through the smell of Mystery Meat and the unending suspicion that everyone is wathcing you.
Niteowl: and 2) twister.
