ralph: college hs and grad school with people from all over the country--and I have come to this conclusion:
ralph: the most fucked up dangerous hs student culture in the country (excluding inner-city) is Jacksonville, FL.
ralph: kids surfing on the hoods of cars at speed
Faux Real: small town would scare me more than "inner city"
ralph: many fucked up things with boats
ralph: combination of drugs from southern FL and that special wiry Florida redneck that scared the piss out of everybody during the Civil War
